Moriches Community Center is running a program dubbed the High School Drop-In Lounge. We run the drop-in lounge in the hopes that groups of young men and women can use it as a place to meet up with friends and maybe even make some new friends.
The drop-in lounge will be open every Friday from 9-11 pm, and at every drop-in, there will be games, activities, and programs that we encourage everyone to get involved in.
Are you new to town? Do you have a hard time making new friends? Then the drop-in lounge could be perfect for you.
We have a group of regularly involved students that attend most sessions. They are the most welcoming, friendly, and intelligent group of young people and they will surely welcome anyone in with open arms. This is also a great way to get involved in the other programs we offer at the Moriches Community Center.
So if you feel you would enjoy a stop by the drop-in lounge, come on down. We’d love to have you!
