Are you feeling stressed out? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Explore healthy ways to relax, destress, and calm yourself! Feel better & more in control!
Class 1 – Meditation to gain insight into expressing your authentic self, followed by painting to practice letting go.
Class 2 – Meditation focusing on seeing the positives in life’s challenges, then painting a lotus flower emerging from mucky, dark waters to beauty.
