During This Time of COVID-19, Have You Felt Anxious or Stressed? In Person Sessions Have Returned! 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7pm.

Each session we will explore a different wellness activity such as beginner yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and more, to help you ease the mind, focus on positive goals, and create healthy habits for now and your future. A $5 donation is suggested. These sessions can be life changing!
