DISCLOSURE OF SUPPORT SERVICES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

At Theater Arts Camp, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. To ensure we can meet each child’s needs, we ask families to provide a summary of any support services their child receives in school, including but not limited to services mentioned on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and 504 Plans, that would be transmissible to a camp setting.
This information helps us determine reasonable accommodations and ensure a positive camp experience. Failure to disclose relevant support services may impact our ability to provide appropriate care and could result in dismissal from the program if we cannot safely meet the child’s needs.
Please provide all relevant information on the registration form and be prepared to discuss any necessary accommodations with our camp coordinators.

INCLUSION AND ACCOMMODATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Theater Arts Camp welcomes children of all abilities and is committed to providing an inclusive environment. We will make reasonable accommodations to support children with disabilities or other special needs, provided that these accommodations do not fundamentally alter the nature of our program or create an undue financial or administrative burden. Accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with families. Depending on the child’s needs, the following may apply: Parents may be asked to provide additional information about their child’s support needs. The camp may allow a parent-provided one-on-one aide to accompany their child. We will assess program modifications that can reasonably be made to support participation. If it is determined that a child requires a level of support beyond what we can reasonably provide, we will work with the family to explore alternatives. Our goal is to foster a welcoming and supportive environment where all campers can have a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience. If you have any questions about our inclusion policies or need to discuss your child’s specific needs, please contact us before completing registration.
