Class l – Five minutes guided meditation to tap into a feeling of gratitude and thanks, then create a gratitude wheel to celebrate what you are thankful for.
Class 2 – Five minutes guided meditation to visualize what the new school year will look like, then create a vision board collage of images showing your intentions for the coming year.
